Nice breakfast and friendly staff. We only stopped for one night, so we didn’t use any of the facilities. But it seemed like the place to go if you’re into sports. Hann. Münden Altestadt is definately worth a visit.

Beautiful cycling vacation.

We stayed here as part of a cycling vacation and were very satisfied. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and there were facilities for storing bicycles. My highlight for breakfast, which few others usually like: Soaked oatmeal porridge with chia seeds. I was pleased.

More appearance than reality.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. This hotel lacks "soul!" Notices at the tennis hall and bowling alley are not updated and are several weeks old; the benches in the restaurant are torn and show significant signs of use. The fitted sheets were torn, and the duvet covers had stains. Not only do all sports activities, from table tennis to foosball, incur significant fees, but this is not mentioned at all on the website. This has not happened to us in any other hotel, where fees were charged for the use of sports facilities. We made our booking decision based on the advertised sports facilities - had we been made aware of additional usage fees at the time of booking, we would not have booked this hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. The bathroom and toilet were clean.

Nice hotel with potential for improvement at breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, and parking is straightforward.
Unfortunately, breakfast is the point that slightly tarnishes the overall impression. Although there is plenty of food available, the ingredients seem like cheap products from the nearest supermarket. I find it unfortunate that there are so many good local producers and bakeries in the area, yet one opts for frozen white bread, simple rolls, and no fresh goods from the butcher or fisherman instead.
My advice: It would be better to reduce the selection and instead support local food suppliers. Make breakfast an experience of regional delicacies for the guests.
Do not get me wrong: The hotel itself is wonderful, but there is potential for improvements here. Thank you very much for the otherwise pleasant stay.

Had a great Pentecost weekend.

Super nice short vacation, very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, and very nice friendly staff.
I will definitely go there again.
