Unfortunately not a coherent impression
As a result, the atmosphere suffers significantly overall. It does not feel inviting or modern, rather randomly assembled than deliberately designed.
We would have liked significantly more quality and a more pleasant ambience for the called price. Overall not a place that made us want to visit again.

A very lovely stay at Der Tanzhase
We were really happy as we had driven for 80 km in the wrong direction to get to this hotel. We had been flying in an air-balloon which was to take off either north or south of Hamburg and we opted for Der Tanzhase as it was north of Hamburg and really reasonably priced, plus we like the photos of the hotel. Unfortunately the air-balloon took off south of Hamburg so we ended up 80 km away from the hotel. When we got off the balloon it was already midnight and we tried to phone the hotel to inform them about our late arrival, but the number we had been given at booking.com was disconnected, which made us panic a bit. We sent an e-mail and got a quick answer with the right number to call at our arrival.
A lady opened the hotel for us, we paid and settled in the room, really happy to find out that it was so big and beautiful.
The only thing is that the mattresses were really hard, but I guess they were just brand-new.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
