Finger weg! Something urgently needs to happen here!

We can only recommend to anyone not to go here! Not for sleeping or eating! The sad thing about it is that the staff are very nice and friendly, but have no idea about gastronomy! A lot has to happen so that you can make something out of it again! Room moldy to itself and just dirty! Sofa stained stairwell dirty and bacon! At breakfast the milk was already bloated since 2 weeks expired! Sausage cheese plate was made very nice but just way too much!
Dinner was just a bust! Cheap TK merchandise!

My family, including two children, and I have been traveling around Europe for four years, and this is the first time we faced such a situation.
Through Expedia, we booked and fully paid for a room for two nights — December 30 and 31. The room was very cold, and we had to sleep fully dressed.
After 3:00 PM, the property owner, accompanied by two men, knocked on the door, behaved aggressively, and demanded we leave immediately. Despite showing our booking confirmation and payment proof, he said: “Leave this place now, I am having a party here.”
These actions constituted forced eviction and psychological pressure. We attempted to contact the police but could not due to the language barrier.
We were forced to relocate to another property of the same host. This was not voluntary, and the New Year’s party was not disclosed in the Expedia listing. The alternative accommodation was also very cold.
We consider this a serious violation of booking terms, Expedia’s standards, and basic hospitality. The situation caused stress to us and our children and ruined our holiday on New Year’s Eve.

It was terribly cold in the room. I lay down for 1 hour, during which time I was bitten by bedbugs. I took 3 to the reception, they weren't even surprised, after that they returned the money and we found ourselves on the street. Where is the sanitary inspection looking!!!

First time writing a negative, but save life and health

This is gloom, bugman, arrived in the evening , the room was so cold that it lay down without undressing, all gnawed on BUGS, face , body, bugman in the 21st century, carried 3 on recipe not even surprised, everywhere is mud, it is not a question of comfort, it is a question of survival.

None other than a Hostel

This is not a hotel but only a hostel. We stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel was old and run down, dirty and in the garden there was a mechanic's workshop with lots of mess. There is also no pool as they write. Our room had holes in the wall. The 3 nights we had not been cleaned nor emptied the bin And we even had to ask for more toilet paper got a roll and a paper towel. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone
