It was a nice vacation

Very nice rooms, large bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Friendly staff. The parking is also very good. The pool could be a bit warmer. But it was nice and warm everywhere. We've had worse in other hotels. We would love to come back.

Quick to the sea, beautifully renovated

The hotel is mainly booked by Bswspenders. It has been renovated to a high standard. The gentleman at the reception is very correct, like a machine that is called up. The rooms are very well thought out and equipped with many practical details. The bathroom is very small, the shower is a dream. The bed is comfortable, the pillow, well, so-so.
The breakfast and the evening meal have no wow factor. You always get full. The sun terrace is super nice, unfortunately not available at breakfast and evening meal times. Statement: lack of staff. It was nice that there is a fully automatic coffee machine. The sauna is also newly renovated. You can open it at the touch of a button, even with a light scent. The relaxation room is functional. It is annoying that there is an outside door, but unfortunately it cannot be used as an emergency exit. It would have been so inviting if the beach chairs on the lawn directly in front of it could also be used. What a pity! No exchangeable towels, i.e. you use your own sauna towel for the entire duration of your stay. You have the option of renting a towel and bathrobe for a fee. The swimming pool is open from just before 7 a.m., but unfortunately it's a bit chilly at just under 26 degrees.
A special mention should be made of a Polish waitress and Mrs. Höge, who do an excellent job.

Gladly again

Beautifully located hotel in a quiet location in Ahlbeck on Usedom. The staff, whether serving food or in the restaurant and at the bar, were always in a good mood and always present. The rooms were OK. The indoor pool and sauna rounded off the stay.

Zweckmäßige ferienunterkunft

Hotel liegt ruhig in der 2. reihe, in 2 min ist man an einem für ahlbeck relativ leeren strandabschnitt. Durch seine größe und Ausstattung mutet es etwas wie eine kurklinik an- flure mit laminat, frühstücksraum groß, wird nicht immer alles sofort aufgefüllt, publikum eher einfach. Aber für einen ostseeurlaub in familie für den etwas kleineren geldbeutel sehr gut geeignet. Zimmer sind praktisch u sauber eingerichtet.

Solides Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das BSW Ferienhotel liegt am Ortsrand von Ahlbeck in absouter Strandnähe. Wir haben dort im Dezember einen 2wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Im sehr günstigen Preis war eine Halbpension (Frühstück und Abendessen) eingeschlossen.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen wurde in Büffetform gereicht und bot für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Das Servicepersonal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Einziges Manko: WLAN ist nur eingeschränkt verfügbar.
