Inedible food and poor service
We ordered meat planters with potato cucumber salad on beer sauce here today and fell in badly. The meat planters were muddy and more of a godfather in consistency. You could have spread them on the bread, a lot of bread rolls in it, no taste, just to guess the meat!
Things went back and we literally went empty (hungry).
But what annoyed us and led us to this recession was the indifference with which our complaint was dismissed. No excuse, no understanding, no espresso to appease, no feeling of being king as a guest. After all, we left over thirty euros per nose there. Clearly too much for this food! This inn never sees us again..... a pity actually because the Gams is a very nice, traditional and cozy inn, you feel comfortable there first.....

Excellent Hotel
The room consisted if a kitchen come living room, a toilet and a double bedroom, it also had a balcony, which I think all rooms have, lovely view from the balcony of the mountains.
A nice restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. The weather was lovely when I stayed, and to sit out at the front of the hotel with a few beers and the beautiful view of the mountains was very nice indeed. Situated in a quiet spot of Bad Hindelang it was very relaxing. Staff were excellent. This hotel suited me for exploring the alps and I done a superb round trip into Austria and back through the beautiful Oberjoch pass, Haldesee, Elmen, Holzgau, Warth all the way back around to Bad Hindelang.
The only negative for me is the unstable wi-fi ....... maybe I'm being unreasonable to expect perfect wi-fi in such a location.
Something a bit trivial, I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in where the floor was not saturated after a shower, a shower cubicle that works, about time.
