Again thrilled – this time on skis!

Due to my enthusiasm about my last stay in this house, my wife also became curious and invited me to another visit – this time to ski. We were once again allowed to enjoy the same warm hospitality and comfort that I had already appreciated so much during my last stay. In addition, there were fantastic conditions for cross-country skiing. We were both sad to have to leave but are already looking forward to returning at the next opportunity.

Romantic holiday at its best

We had booked the romantic weekend of the hotel and it was wonderful, the services were great. We got a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket in the room. The room itself wonderful, even with heated waterbed, large, with extra sofa and armchair and also a lounger for a 3. Person/child. Or you can also get a cot if necessary. TV, radio and a small tablet were also available. In the evening we had a 4 course candle light dinner with aperitif, super delicious, large portions, it all fit.
Breakfast can be had until 11am, which was especially good today as the time was changed. On Feb. Evening belonged to the package a 3 course dinner, you get the menu in the morning and choose what you want, also everything sooooo delicious and lovingly cooked. On request, guests can also use the hotel's own sauna, the guest card can be used to use the bus and train in the area free of charge. At the moment the hotel is very quiet, suitable in winter for winter sports fans but also other holidaymakers. Easter there are Easter fires everywhere in the villages and about 20 minutes away you can marvel at chainsaw work and watch live, every year Pentecost there are themed competitions with international guests. For cyclists, the hotel participates in the Blockline tour program, it is suitable for motorcyclists and all other sporting activities.
Thanks to everyone at the hotel, it was great and highly recommended.

Sleep and hike in the forest

The invitation to laughter yoga led me to the hotel. It offers everything you need to relax - comfortable beds in modern rooms, delicious regional cuisine, a rich breakfast buffet and plenty of forest, peace and quiet and beautiful views. Holzhau is also a worthwhile place for longer holidays.
