Highly recommended
Because I have to take care of my diet a little as an athlete, I had some personal wishes that were very kindly received and implemented.
Staff very attentive and friendly and price adjusted for the good quality.
My wife had a daily menu of fish and I had a beef steak.
If we come back to Horumersiel, then this house is an address where we will very much like to eat again

Nice and always friendly staff, although the dining room is chronically understaffed, especially in the evenings. Nice and clean rooms with a large bathroom, seating area, balcony, affordable drinks in the minibar and good other amenities.
The central location in the middle of town is excellent, especially if you're not so good on your feet.
So everything was actually good, if you ignore the half-board dinner that was booked. That left a lot to be desired: especially if you wanted to eat dinner from 7 p.m. in the second time zone, like us, the lack of staff and crockery (?) was clearly noticeable. The table was sometimes cleared if one of us hadn't quite finished eating - that honestly spoiled our stay a bit.
The food: Overall, good home cooking and quite tasty, although the portions of the starter would have prompted Loriot to say "quite manageable." One evening, the main course we were choosing was apparently sold out and we were given an alternative, while the table next to us continued to be served the apparently sold out dish. What had we done wrong???
The desserts were very simple and not very satisfying overall.
Apart from dinner, however, we were very satisfied!

Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Highlight war der Strandkorb den man für einen Tag kostenlos belegen kann.
