The app for the hotel can not handle 2 reservations on the same date. This is very bad when the app is used for unlocking the doors.
Again the app is not in English when selected. Only some words are.
The walls in the hotel are very thin. You can hear everything everyone else are doing. Expect an early get up.

Not recommended

Elevator broken. Room on the 3rd floor. As a senior, it is difficult to get up there with luggage. It would have been good to receive advance information about this.
Heat buildup in the room despite the open window. It felt like being in an
incubator. On top of that, a winter duvet in July. Barely got any sleep.
It was also loud: Cars, motorcycles in front of the door, doors slamming shut loudly. Exhaust fumes and smoke from smokers drifted into the room.
Towels were freshly bought but not freshly washed. Smelled like chemicals.
Positive:
Free parking in front of the door, free Wi-Fi, clean rooms, hassle-free check-in and check-out, location.
CONCLUSION: When I stay at a hotel, I want to be able to sleep well, which was not possible there.

danke Dir für Deine ausführliche Rückmeldung. Bitte entschuldige die Situation mit dem defekten Aufzug und dem Zimmer im 3. OG – gerade mit Gepäck ist das mühsam, und eine Vorabinfo hätte Dir Planung erleichtert. Auch Dein Eindruck zur Hitze im Zimmer, zu den Decken im Juli und zur Lärmsituation ist absolut nachvollziehbar. Wenn zusätzlich Rauch und Abgase hereindrangen und die Handtücher nach Chemie rochen, kippt der Gesamteindruck schnell – so soll sich ein Aufenthalt bei uns nicht anfühlen.
Wir nehmen Deine Punkte ernst und geben sie direkt an unser Dream Team weiter: Klarere Infos bei Einschränkungen, sensiblere Textilpflege und ein aufmerksameres Auge auf Geräusche und Frischluft liegen uns am Herzen. Danke, dass Du uns darauf gestoßen hast.
Umso schöner, dass Dir Sauberkeit, die Lage, das freie WLAN, die unkomplizierten Abläufe und die Parkmöglichkeiten aufgefallen sind. Wir hoffen, Dich bei einem nächsten Besuch mit spürbar erholsamerem Schlaf und einem runderen Gesamtgefühl zu überzeugen.

Fine for one night. We were looking for a place to spend the night on the A3 motorway. We found this hotel online.

This hotel does not have a check-in desk. Everything is digital. The room was clean. Good bed. Shower and toilet with small sink. Neat and clean. Fine for a night
