A very quiet and nice hotel

Situated on the countryside. Seemed to be newly renovated. Good welcoming with a bottle of water and a glass of beer on the house. Big nice, fresh room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Stayed one night on a round trip. On our way back we wanted to stay here again, but the hotel was then fully booked.

Cozy hotel

Really nice hotel with great staff. Great breakfast. Nice surroundings. Restaurants 10min by car (avoid the greek restaurant Mykonos or something, crappy place). No restaurant at hotel when we stayed there, it should open later as I understood. Wifi no the best in rooms, ok in common areas.

nice retreat for quiet honeymoon couple close to Hamburg

really small hotel with nice rooms and no WLAN and very weak network coverage. Unfortunately the rooms are not very noice tight and all the stuff from outside/other rooms can be heard quiet clearly. There was a small and rather quiet party but every word could be heard upstairs.
Rooms are very small and not so good for business travels.
Breakfast was nice, although the buffet was right besides the door.

Nice German Inn

We were guests here in July and really enjoyed our stay. It is more like an Inn located close to the town of Jesteburg, near woods and pretty meadows. At night the horseback riders would pass by and during the day time people on bike tours took a rest on the outdoor patio. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. They let me use there computer as there is no wifi.If you like to walk, the town of Bucholz with some nice shops is about a 45 minute walk. We celebrated my cousins birthday here. The food was outstanding and very unique. If you are planning an event especially, this place is highly recommended.

Top Location, Zimmer mit Schwächen

Nette Eventlocation im Nirgendwo, bestehend aus einem sehr schönem historischen Gebäude und einer schönen Außenanlage sowie mit einigen einfachen Zimmern. Wir waren hier im Rahmen einer Hochzeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Essen und auch ein ordentliches Frühstück waren vorhanden. Einzig die Zimmer bekommen einen paar kleine Kritikpunkte, da sie recht hellhörig sind, die Minibar/Kühlschrank außer Betrieb ist und entsprechend gerochen hat und im Bad noch Taschentücher des vorherigen Gastes rumlagen. Alles nicht weltbewegend, in der Summe dennoch ein wenig störend.
