Super family hotel in the countryside to relax

The Grashof is a really nice hotel, located just outside and thus in quiet nature on a forest edge. Rooms can be chosen in the style of country house and modern. We like the former. The "country house rooms" are located in the so-called greenhouse exit, a paved hallway with planting and a light-flooded roof - on the left and right go to the rooms. Here you will find palm trees, cacti and much more. Totally curious and unique. It smells like the plants as you walk through it and is great lit at night. The rooms are slightly rustic, very cozy with a small terrace and free WLanö Relaxing can be done in the sauna, which is located in the hotel on the far corner. You get there via the courtyard, the basement and then enter a wooden house where there is a nice little sauna, a warming cabin, a small steam bath with changing room, toilet and waterfall shower. You can also go out to a small terrace surrounded by a privacy screen. Here we were actually always complete to ourselves, which made it all very pleasant and relaxed. Food can be eaten in the restaurant (several courses possible with advance booking) or the normal menu. Everything absolutely beautifully served and delicious. There is a rustic forest worker style bar. It's also called the Forest Workers Bar. That's where we always eat. Breakfast is great too. It's all there to do. Eggs and co. are available fresh after notification.
The whole staff is totally nice, you can ask everything spontaneously and get immediate support. We have been coming in winter for 12 years and always feel totally at home. Daily destinations and sights in the surrounding area are endless. We can only recommend it. See you next time...

Great location - wonderful food - very nice seminar rooms

As a business coach and management consultant it is important for me to have beautiful seminar rooms and an all-round service for the participants. At the Landhof Grashof in Kalbach I found both. Great training rooms, excellent food and a great organisation around the customer event throughout. The seminar rooms are lovingly renovated and flooded with sun.
