4 STARS WITH FLAWS

The hotel is modern and recently built, but for being a 4-star hotel with non-economical prices, it has some flaws.
Small room, small towel, sheets that don't reach under the mattress, there is no breakfast service. For what it offers, you could spend less

Lovely Hotel in a perfect place with lovely Staff just watch the Management he's not guest friendly.

We love this hotel stayed there last year. This year we did notice the little extra's you got where not the same this year but that is probably down to the cost. The staff are so lovely with the exception for the Management. One person in particular didn't seem to care that guests where there. First he had the Barman/Waiter moving the spot lights shining on the bar while we where in the restaurant. The waiter kindly shut the blind as the sun was shining in so the manager then opens the blind without even asking if it was ok. He never spoke to us once. As we where leaving the restuarant after our lovely meal he was sitting down to eat with some people. Then at 11pm outside the Hotel he is having a heated conversation which was so loud woke us for 10 minutes then drove off. He needs to be more customer friendly and not order his staff around in front of guests. We will still return but hopefully he gets the message.

Pleasant stay in lovely hotel.

We had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant assistance provided during medical incident of partner. Good thinking and taking action. Was very happy with this.
