Without a doubt, the most recommended place for Durlach-Karlsruhe.
The hotel is impeccable, very clean, you can see that they take care of every detail. Attentive and very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is abundant, fresh, and has a lot of variety.
The terrace is very enjoyable in sunny weather, a quiet place to read, knit, or simply relax with the sound of the Japanese water garden.
The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Durlach, with good transport service in the Durlach and Karlsruhe area.

Fabulous modern hotel in Durlach
Brilliant modern hotel in great location near to Durlach town, just 4km from Karlsruhe. Accessed by taxi or tram. Really comfortable room with air conditioning and even a few free drinks in mini bar. As we were only here for 2 nights they explained to help the environment they would only make up room if we required. However as we were happy to comply we were given a discount from drinks at the bar. Lovely gardens and access to brewery and bar/restaurant next door to hotel. The best choice of breakfast that I’ve had in a while with all tastes catered for. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a quiet location.
We wanted to check out Karlsruhe, so we booked this affordable hotel offer through Animod for 2 nights! We got a nice quiet room on the 3rd floor. It was not very large, but very cozy, and the hallway was quite spacious, where there was also a wardrobe and a closet. The bathroom particularly impressed us: it was sufficiently large, with a floor-to-ceiling shower, enough storage space on the vanity, and even a seating area!
The breakfast was also very good! Actually, everything is there that the heart desires!
The staff is very friendly, especially at the reception. The way from the hotel to the subway was not far, and one could reach downtown in 15 minutes.
All in all, we were very satisfied; it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely book this hotel again!

We stay at this hotel about every 6 months and visit family. We have always found the staff to be wonderful. The beer garden attached is an extra bonus. The hotel is ready for updates! The red velvet headboard was covered in visible dust. The AC is only on certain times of the year, so we slept with the window open which would be fine, except the street noise was loud every night. Sadly I also had a couple small items I was planning to take home with me go missing after a cleaning.
