Lack of hygiene and underground service
We booked a room for the first time at a B&B hotel.
Right at the beginning there were not inconsiderable problems with the booking, but our subsequently written emails were not answered. Only after we wrote about the HP contact form again did we get a response. Unfortunately, this was far from meaningful and the booking confirmation was still incorrect.
From the gut point of view, we should have cancelled at that time.
On the day of arrival, the disaster began at check-in.
The tattooed unkempt employee with nose piercing was very cool from the start. Right at the beginning she told us that she had to check first if our room was even available. At this point we would like to note that it was already 1:20 p.m.
We were completely surprised about this and said to her that we decided to book especially for the paid early check-in from 12:00. Visibly annoyed, she snorted at us completely suddenly and exaggeratedly that we want a quiet room after all and that is only possible upon availability and we are generally not entitled to it. Now she had to check the room and disappeared.
We were on the verge of leaving, which ultimately would have made far more sense.
Upon her return, she assigned us room 212. Once there, we unfortunately got upset again as the room is diagonally opposite the elevator and the laundry room. However, we didn't want anything like that and we had placed that with regard to room request so from the beginning.
Arrived in the room - renewed excitement, since the room has not been cleaned for months, even in the corners and under the bed, see the attached pictures.
In the window frame there was large area of red mold!!!
Early in the morning, we were rudely woken up by the cleaning staff, as they were handling around in the laundry room.
When checking out, we approached the said employee about it, but she showed complete disinterest.
Due to the behavior of the said employee we felt so uncomfortable. As you get older, you don’t want to discuss any more and place increased emphasis on a homely feeling in a foreign environment. However, the latter was not even remotely given.
Last but not least - Once and never again!!!

Rude, unprofessional and terrible communication
Let me start with the one positive: the AC works well.
Everything else was disappointing. The rooms are tiny and far too small for two people to share for several days. If you're traveling in a group, don't book double rooms.
The worst part, though, was the front desk staff. The blonde woman at reception was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and unprofessional in every interaction—not just with us, but with other guests too. At one point she snapped at guests who had paid for early check-in because it was 11:59 instead of 12:00. It would have been funny if it weren't so ridiculous.
Her attitude and complete unwillingness to help made us feel unwelcome the entire stay. We won't be back because no one should be treated like that.

Basic, catered stay
We stayed here 1 night on our way back to Belgium, just like 2 years ago.
Small well-kept room with 2 single beds. Only one pillow, that was a shame. Well equipped bathroom. Friendly staff at the desk.
Breakfast was in order this time and was regularly replenished.
Underground parking at 12 euros.

clean room. very comfy bed. bathroom not small. only downside is that the floor is carpet covered, which to me doesn’t feel clean. easy check in. no need for a check out. reception was helpful with suggestions.
