The service we received was unforgettable, with attention and courtesy that was well represented in the excellent quality of the service and food offered.
To be recommended because the stay in the hotel and restaurant had a taste of times gone by.

Finder gone, not recommended.

Shocking discrimination and abuse!
This hotel is an absolute nightmare! My wife was shamelessly discriminated against and even verbally attacked by the staff – outrageously and absolutely unacceptable! Instead of apologizing, the situation was ignored and trivialized.

Never again

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Zur Traube in Kester. Because of my country of birth, I and my girlfriend were denied access to the hotel, which I find discriminatory. The host was very unfriendly and aggressive towards us. Additionally, the reception area was messy and not clean. I hope the hotel will address these serious issues in the future to ensure a respectful and enjoyable stay for all guests

Aggression

The reception area was very dirty and the hotel owner extremely unfriendly. He was almost hostile because he didn't like my first name. Due to his aggressive behavior, the beautiful hiking day of my girlfriend and I was unfortunately destroyed. Never again...

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, insbesondere wenn man mit Hund reist

- sehr hellhörig (kann der Wirt nichts dafür, ist die Bausubstanz)
- auf der gegenüberliegenden Rheinseite fahren u.a. Güterzüge - die Geräuschkulisse kann empfindliche Menschen stören, weil Einfachverglasung
+ Zimmer renoviert und neu eingerichtet
+ großes Badezimmer
+ ausreichend großes Frühstücksbüffet
+ sehr nette und engagierte Wirtsleute
+ hundefreundlich und keine Mehrkosten
+ sehr überschaubar mit nur vier Zimmern (5. in Planung)
+ toller Blick auf den Rhein
+ zum Zimmer gehört eine überdachte sonnige Terrasse
+ gute Lage, nach ein paar Minuten ist man im Wald
