Clear recommendation

The hotel is located a little outside of Kiel, it is nice and clean, friendly staff, good pillows and good shower. The restaurant offers traditional German food "schnitzel und appfelstrudel" really delicious. Good and varied breakfast. Can definitely be recommended.

Very friendly service, great location with a view of the Kiel Fjord and top value for money

I really enjoyed my stay, a quiet room with a view of the water, good breakfast, everything clean and great value for money.
Very friendly and helpful staff!

Nice hotel before cruising

I must say that some of the pictures on the internet are a little outdated. We were suprised to find the hotel on a industrial location with another view then expected. However, the hotel is located on higher ground and offers you a nice view from the receception/restaurant/rooms with sea view (and cruise ships). Free Wi-Fi is nice, the rooms are simple but clean. The staff was very helpfull and polite. The breakfast included and was quite extended. A small detail, there a no elevators in the building. There are enough en spacious parking possibilities.

Clean,Quiet,Kind

Nice little hotel,with small,comfortable rooms,kind people,good breakfast
very close to the sea,yet in an industrial environment (several shipyards in the neibourhood)
Which is usefull if your job calls you in one of these shipyards !
Bus service fromearly till late to downtown Kiel

Simple, clean - value for money

Excellent base for those working at the industrial sites within the area. The owner is very attentive and the staff friendly. Breakfast is continental style but good selection of meats, cheese and smoked salmon. The rooms are perhaps a little plain and simple, but the beds are comfortable.
