When internal jokes reach the guest...

We have been here to eat several times over the years. The food is edible, but nothing special. Since there aren't many alternatives in the area, we have come here every now and then.
The last visit, however, was a turn-off. A Polish employee was swearing extremely vulgarly and apparently found it hilarious, too—so loudly that as a guest, you heard everything. Afterward, the waiter complained to the swearing colleague that he had only received a 2 euro tip from me.
I know times are tough. But then the operator should perhaps ensure that the employees behave professionally and are paid appropriately. Because one thing is also clear: They won't survive long on my 2 euro tip.
The folding chairs are uncomfortable, but the view is nice.

There is still room for improvement.

The room was simple, with a balcony. Unfortunately, during the day, you could not sit outside due to the deafening street noise. The mattresses were also no longer back-friendly. They urgently need to be replaced.
The food was good, the service was top-notch and very friendly.
The view of the lake was breathtaking.

Nice stay with the family

Nice, cozy hotel with antique restaurant. The rooms are a bit older but clean, our balcony had a unique view. Merely a trash can in the room would be nice (in the bathroom is just a small cosmetic bucket)
Breakfast was very good. The driveway is very steep but not whimsical in the mountains (but you should be prepared for it)

Gladly again

We absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and would come back anytime. Breakfast was good and sufficient even oatmeal, div. Seeds and nuts were there e.g. The rooms are kept simple and a bit noisy what but is due to the old house (as it is as the owner told us from 1890). The view and the sun terrace are not to be surpassed. All in all, we would love to come back:-)
