Located a 15 minute walk from the rail and bus stations, and close to the town square / centre. A warm welcome at reception, although generally access is via an intercom and code to obtain one's key from a Key box located by the entry door.
The room was a good size and was generally quiet, just a little traffic noise from the road. I slept well on a comfortable bed. The room temperature was good considering the warm weather outside. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food range.

Nice comfortable rooms in a modernized old building within old town of Zittau.
Breakfast was really generous and fresh and was served in a cozy and bright room.
We would definitely come again.

Nice city hotel in Zittau

After ten stays I can rate this hotel very well. The quality of the stay is regularly very good. The bed comfortable, bathroom works perfectly and the TV large and modern. Free parking is also available directly at the hotel. These are the decisive criteria for me. Breakfast is also very good, especially given the moderate price. Better buns should perhaps be found somewhere in Zittau. The only minor malus is that the curtains do not completely darken. Otherwise everything was great and happy to return.

The quality of the breakfast was quite good but the receptionist was not available after 8:00pm, esp with the price they charged for the room. Everything else is good.
