a clear recommendation, everything was perfect

Unfortunately, we were only in this really very beautiful, modern, and stylish hotel for one night and felt completely comfortable. They took care of us right at the door, and if you like, you can leave your car and the hotel staff will park it in the associated underground garage (€28) for the night. There are also two charging stations available (bring your own cable, up to 22 kW charging power) and overall the underground garage looks more like a car dealership showroom;-), in any case, parking here is very comfortable.
Nice rooms with a free minibar, nice bathroom with a great rain shower, Wi-Fi reception is great, comfortable beds, good and, above all, well-functioning air conditioning. There was nothing to complain about here.
We were able to enjoy the rooftop pool for a few hours; it is also really beautiful with high-quality loungers and other seating furniture. Anyone who wants to can also order snacks and drinks here; we certainly enjoyed the afternoon very much.
Unfortunately, we did not have time for the spa area, but what we saw definitely looked excellent. Overall, the entire hotel is really beautifully designed.
Definitely a (or the) highlight is the breakfast. There is really everything here and even more. Enjoying all of that in nice weather on the terrace to start the day.
The staff is very friendly and helpful in all areas and ensures that you feel completely comfortable. We will definitely come back.
The only small downside was the restaurant, but I will review that separately. I am not talking about the Michelin-starred restaurant here, but about the Riva lake restaurant on the terrace.

A very nice stay - as expected

Reception very good.
Rooms very good.
Service excellent.
Wi-Fi does not meet the hotel's standard.
Food in the lakeside restaurant was excellent except for one failure with the asparagus.

Perfect!

The long journey there with the family was very, very valuable. We recommend it to our circle of friends, and we will see each other again soon. Warm greetings to the Riva team, and see you soon!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at the Riva with a Suite lake view. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the check-in drink and the evening treats from the housekeeping staff. Breakfast staff was also delicious with great options.
