Lovely hotel

A beautiful hotel and we were greeted warmly at the desk by the hotel receptionists on all occasions. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and pleasant as were all the breakfast duty staff..
As it was my birthday and also our honeymoon it was a very special trip.. the gift of wine and a card in the room was very much appreciated.. thank you for a lovely stay! X

Best location in Konstanz in the historic monastery

Great hotel, magnificent view, nice team. Currently, a part of the hotel is being renovated, but you really do not notice it. Direct access to the lake via the lakeside bath. Always happy to return.

Breakfast with room for improvement

Unique ambiance, professional and friendly staff, this time the room was in the attic with a lake view, well-equipped, very good bed, and excellent air conditioning.
Those who are not very mobile should insist on a room accessible by elevator when booking.
Really good breakfast (trout fillets!), but the rolls consistently had the texture of soft rubber balls on both days, which I did not expect; 2 minutes in the oven would have improved them significantly.
We will return for the Christmas market.

Great experience, lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel, great location, room with lake view recommended, food very good, especially breakfast.
Staff very helpful.
Mention for Kathy on reception in particular, outstanding, incredibly guest focused, booked our forward stay for us on our way home at another Steigenberger hotel.
Our 3rd visit to Konstanz and each time at this hotel - hope to return
