Everything was wonderful. The only small difficulty was check-in was a box on the wall that you input a code and your room key pops out. I didn't know to look for this and stood around in the entrance for 30 minutes like a dummy. lol

Weekend trip

Positive aspects to recommend are the staff, the breakfast, the quiet location ...
In need of improvement... the parking options, the missing insect screens on the windows, the somewhat dated furnishings and especially the bed, mattresses should be replaced, pillows should be brought along...

Very well managed hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. A very short walk up the hill is a castle built around 1000 AD. It is a must see. The views from the top of the castle are spectacular! Plus, 2 restaurants and a beer garten at the castle. A highlight of our trip.
