Everything we wanted for an overnight stay

This was perfect for our overnight stay. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean , modern and comfortable with everything we needed. The service was friendly and welcoming.

very good, close to the center

Room and bathroom very good, garage for bicycle, very friendly, quiet room to the rear, could be a little noisier to the street, drinks fridge on the ground floor. 10 minutes walk to the center, wifi very good, fridge and safe, breakfast very good

Agree with other commenters....clearly earns 5 stars!!

Stayed here in mid-September. Clean, quiet, ample parking, great breakfast, and friendly, helpful owner.....nothing better than this!! And a quick walk into the central part of town. We heartily recommend the hotel, of course.

Very nice

Simple but very clean and tidy. The beds are great and the rooms modern and clean. It is also very quiet. Good value for money! I will go back there when I am next in Kulmbach. Breakfast is a buffet with fresh and tasty bread. Good coffee!

Nice surprise

Very clean and pleasant hotel without being horribly expensive. Bed was comfortable and bathroom modern and clean. Very quiet at night.
Breakfast is a simple buffet but tasty fresh rolls and good coffee.
What more do you want?
I would stay again.
