Basic but neat.
Basic but neat. Located next to the MC, Burgerking and Aral. Close to Munster airport. Sometimes 4x a night a plane passes low.

Well thought out, modern and comfortable with best service
After a cancelled flight, we got in the car in Hamburg and left late at night for the south. With little hope and great reservations, we turned dog-weary at the exit Ladbergen around 1:00 am, because the Autohof sign also showed the symbol of a bed. The motel was easy to find, even the fully automated “reception area” can’t be missed, it’s fully illuminated, and you get very easy access by inserting your debit card. Even if you didn't pre-book, you can easily find your way around on the touchscreen, and in no time we had booked and paid for a double room in the new building for the very fair price of 80 €. The reception machine then spits out a chip card to access the room. The motel seemed very well booked, on the quiet grounds were numerous vehicles right outside the room doors. Our room we found comfortable, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious and superbly equipped. There was even a bottle of water for free. The beds were very comfortable, and so we were able to continue our drive well recovered and refreshed the next morning.
By the way, the motel is not as impersonal as the check-in appeared: I feared I had left a piece of jewellery in the room, but I had actually already forgotten it at home. My e-mail regarding this matter was not only answered by the management within 1 hour, but also very friendly and personal. Toll!
As a result, an unconditional recommendation from us! For such a stopover absolutely preferable to a musty guesthouse or an overpriced hotel!

Easy to access from the autobahn so great for a stop-over
Easy to access from the autobahn. Check-in is via a machine, room clean and warm. The autobahn was audible but not loud enough to keep me awake so absolutely OK. Great place to stop-over to catch some sleep. Fast food available in walking distance if required.

NEVER AGAIN - Faulty technology WITHOUT the will to support - NO quality of service
Service: 0 points * Rooms Clean, simple * Location: very good * Value for money: acceptable. If I correctly interpret the cars and events in the afternoon, the motel is well suited as an hourly hotel
Explanation:
1. Check-In only at the Hotelomat: In the text about the machine, early check-in is possible for available rooms. I was on site 1 hour before the official check-in and started. During the payment process the message: "Payment not fulfilled" - 3 attempts later I go in search of a human being - Information: Yes, the message comes when there is no room available yet. - Why the message does not come at the beginning of the booking process - new a shrug. So wait. Registration from official check-in time takes place. A note and a card is issued - some surprise, since the printed roomNo does not match the roomNo on the display - Searching at the output slot - no more paper than on to the room - Room does not open, so back to the machine - now another paper is printed with my data. Digitization is great, but only if it works sensibly.
2. Rested in the afternoon, since there is an appointment in Osnabrück in the evening - so 8:00pm in the car - since my cell phone charging cable is still in the room, back. Stop card (green) - Door buzzes, but does not open. :-(( - Despite several attempts - no chance - OK, call the phone number indicated on the homepage => always AB - 3 calls with an indication of urgency - even after 3 weeks NO feedback - write e-mail via the homepage - here again after 3 weeks NO feedback - So call the police, because my suitcase is still in the room and my flight starts at 08:ooa m next morning in Düsseldorf. The nice official points to the nearby ARAL gas station, as the owners of the motel are also or were connected to the ARAL gas station. A nice staff member with me to the motel (similar stories from the past included) and after joint searches we find another service no. - call => AB - but finally a call back after 10 minutes. It is explained to me that the door locks "sometimes" when the knob is not completely turned back "inside" (you can leave the room already, you just can't get in:-( ) . After another 30 minutes, an employee comes and unlocks my key. After 2.5 hours for this promotion, my appointment in Osnabrück is history and trust in the automatic in this motel from scratch. Technique is good if known problems are also solved as quickly as possible. The fact that, despite the phone calls and the email left behind, NO apology for the inferior technology is made shows the will for the quality of service of the owners. My CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN.

Great motel, close to the airport!
Checking in is very easy, the room is great! Parking right in front of the room. Very well located, close to Münster-Osnabrück Airport, so very suitable for early flights! Everything was very clean and well maintained! Checking out was perfectly handled!
