Very good hotel with great service
We had a very good and very clean room. Coffee-making facilities as well as a really cold refrigerator in the room. Additionally, the option to prepare tea or coffee of very good quality in the lobby, not to mention a bottle of water in the room. Everything that one otherwise misses in some hotels.
We would love to come back!

Sufficient
+ clean bathroom
+ clean bed
+ air-conditioned rooms
+ large bright dining hall
- carpets! Perhaps a personal preference, but I find carpet in rooms and even the dining hall extremely unappetizing, especially since dogs are also allowed.
- Air conditioning not adjustable, at least not noticeably
- showing its age overall, in the suite a shower in the bathtub
- lamps partly defective

Serene Clean Beautiful
I recommend a room facing the garden. Avoid the upper west room in hot weather as the insulation and A/C cannot make up for the heat. Staff happily switched me to a 1st floor room (photo).

The Chef at the buffet is yelled me at infront of the public telling me that not to use the Toaster ,,
and the waiter verifying at the front desk if we did paid and or add on the room booking .
we are humiliated ,why dont they check at the front
desk instead of us ..
