Very nice

Hi,
we were here three weeks ago for a concert We had a very nice suite
The location is perfect!!
Close to downtown, the stadium, and the zoo‼️‼️
Room and breakfast are great.
Staff is not always competent......
Still, I would come back anytime‼️

Beautiful hotel with few points of interest

The hotel was beautiful. From suite to restaurant was very spacious, attractive and neatly decorated.
The suite had more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 children.
Parking in front of the door was a challenge (the parking garage is quite pricey). Furthermore, the WIFI in the suite is very poor. Only downstairs was good. The bath was generous and fine, the shower cabin on the other hand less. Low water pressure and shower head should be retained to rinse.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also good despite little variety. Otherwise fine stay for a week!

Rooms at 2-star level

Our on the 1. Floor located double room had definitely not earned 4 stars. The (dirty) windows could not be opened, especially at night, because they were at the same height as the fire escape, so you can easily reach our room via the weed-strewn Rettunsweg
was able to get there. In the small bathroom there was only a shower in the bathtub. Apparently, savings are made everywhere at the expense of comfort. Service and breakfast, however, are okay.

Worst Experience

The entire hotel looked like a haunted house. Only 2 or 3 guests we saw at the breakfast and reception area. Interiors theme is very poor. Don't go with younger children- they will get scared of the skull artwork and as well the dark statues inside the room. Not suitable for families with young children.
Breakfast- very poor. We have to ask them to refill even the white breads or the cereals. Looks like they prepared the breakfast only for 5/6 persons due to poor occupancy.
Parking - We were lucky to get a parking , because only few rooms were occupied. but I agree with other reviewers - they have limited parking space - 5 to 6 only. Finding a parking space in the street will be nightmare.
WiFi - (agree with other reviewers) - Very Slow
Heater in d bedroom - wasn't functioning well. room is only cleaned and cleaned every 2 days.
Spa - sauna costs 15€ extra per guest and must be registered. Ridiculous
Lighting in bathroom - Very Poor
AC - loud.
Phone - No phone inside the room ???
The key card didnt work twice during 2 days stay.
I don't understand how they got 4 star rating ???

The perfect hotel

I checked in with my girlfriend. The hotel is very lovingly decorated and very clean. The room is in a very quiet location. All the staff are very friendly. There is always a free parking space in front of the hotel. It is not far to the city. There is always a train connection. Panometer and boat trip are all nearby. Breakfast is also very good. We would go back anytime! Many thanks. Best wishes Moni and Sandra
