accommodation outskirts of Leipzig

We chose the hotel because we wanted to stay in Leipzig overnight. Located on the outskirts of Leipzig. The hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay We had our dog with us. The area has its own charm at second glance .The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly. I would come back here. Nearby is Lake Cospuden. here you can also do something excellent by bike.

On the occasion of a visit to family members in Leipzig, the overnight stays at the Best Western Windorf booked again. After numerous stays in this house, where we felt very comfortable every time and enjoyed the service and friendliness, there is no reason for us to look for another house. We will definitely come back!

A highly recommended discovery

An obviously well run house with attentive, friendly staff and good service. The whole atmosphere in the house is very pleasant. The breakfast buffet is really outstanding. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The connection to public transport is just as good as the parking facilities on the house. We stayed here 2 nights as a guest and would love to come back. Despite or just because of the city edge location, the hotel is worth a recommendation.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel outside the city

We were here for the third time and we liked it very much again.
The rooms are clean and warm, the breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars, as do the nice and attentive staff.
The hotel is a bit off the beaten track.
By public transport you are quite fast in the city center or you drive by car and still park relatively cheaply in a parking garage.

Ideal for business travellers or stop over

If you are a business traveller looking for some where local to stay, you can not go wrong. Hotel is only 30 mins from Leipzig Airport. The reception was met with professional but polite staff. I was on the second floor, which had 2 double beds, plenty of power sockets, adequate space for hanging clothes, and clean and tidy. The bathroom, again, was clean and tidy, but the shower cubicle was rather compact but adequate. There is plenty of lighting on the ceiling, side, and main lamp. The dining area is used for evening meals, and breakfast is ok and has a good selection of food and beverages. Personally idea for business travellers for 2 - 4 days or 1 night stopover. The surroundings are industrialised, so it is not ideal for a family 5 - 14 day holiday. Unfortunately, there are no gym or health facilities.
