Very hospitable hotel with a lot

We spent our "we're away on birthday" holiday in Verena's Parkhotel in October. The lobby and the dining room is designed with a lot of love. Breakfast was great and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are standard since you could do more for the feel-good ambience, but that makes the warmth of Verena and Ralf everything away. Ingenious location for children and dogs. And above all, both are really welcome. We have met a very dedicated family here who strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would like to thank you again for the magnificent private concert of Alessandro and Ralf. We felt completely comfortable.

Optimal

EXCELLENT STRUCTURE. I STAYED 3 DAYS HALF BOARD IN A SINGLE ROOM. OWNER VERY AVAILABLE AND ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS' NEEDS. EXCELLENT STAFF. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND GROUPS. ALSO THEY SENT ME MY GLASSES LEFT IN THE ROOM AT THEIR EXPENSE. Excellent

Excellent welcome, service and treatment of guests. Mrs. Verena and the staff are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Lovely place.
I particularly thank Mrs. Verena for the kindness she showed me by sending me the watch left at the hotel free of charge WITHOUT CHARGING SHIPPING COSTS.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!

6 star trip

I accompanied a group to this structure immersed in the greenery of the Black Forest.
Verena, owner of the structure, unique and fantastic; always available and with a smile active 24 hours a day.
Good and fair breakfast and dinner for the whole group.
We had a fantastic 4 days with the use of the heated pool. Thanks to all the staff.
We'll be back.

Catastrophic service

In response to my inquiry, I received the reply that someone from the hotel would contact me by phone the next day because I was lucky and there were rooms available. Unfortunately, there was no phone call and I also received no reply to my subsequent email. This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable.
