Hotel without ambiance

The entire hotel is catastrophic. Starting from the first impression at the reception to the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire building.
The breakfast would have been OK if you hadn't had to clear your own table every day, while the staff watched you without lending a hand.
The dinner was tasteless cafeteria food. The outdoor facilities were unkempt and not inviting. We cut our short vacation short.

No personal s as t check in. Called a number 5 times until a person informed about process. The Sauna for not used.

We tried to check in around 7 and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were short staffed. The hotel message o line said check in before 8 PM. So there was no person. No phone answered and no room key under our name in the file on the desk for customers. We did not get to stay and had to book another hotel. I will need a refund.

Hôtel bedding is poor. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned after 7:00 am and before 8:30 am. If not room won’t be cleaned. Breakfast has limited choice, quality of food average +
