Great visit

Very nice small hotel with good restaurant. We had a good room with balcony. Dinner in restaurant was tasty and very good wines which we bought with us when checked out. Good service and nice breakfast. Highly recommend

Probably the best hotel so far on our every night anonther city/village bike tour

So, life can be good & simple. Pushing the pedals of our bikes we travel rather zigzag through the countryside. Here life for us is easy (e.g. bike road goes with the flow of the Moesel river, no hard climbing here!) and lots of places to stay. We guessed this one would be okay, and is was a very lucky guess. Warm welcome from the landlady herself. She gave us room number 12+1: great room, great bathroom, balcony. Good bike park (=important to us!).
Many locals who came just for dinner, always also a good sign. So we kept it simple: diner on the terrace, all local produce, it tasted marvellous, prices are low. Breakfast idem ditto just what we wanted, everything ever so friendly. This was our 10th (or so) hotel these days in a row and we voted it best or the best one so far on our trip. The costs in moneyterms: low. When in the area: go for this one.

Almost 4 stars...

Pros: good quality rooms with sound insulation, really good breakfast, own restaurant (just german menu) and winery ,always polite staff . Cons : very different views from rooms (incl.farmyard) ,very small TV with just some non-german channels ,inoperative Wifi. Conclusion - the hotel is recommended for a relaxed german- speaking tourists, for whom the Internet is not relevant ....

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, angemessene Grösse, angenehme Atmosphäre, reichhaltiges üppiges Frühstück. Direkt bei der Autobahnausfahrt(trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, ein Besuch Wert.

Eine Empfehlung wert!

Wir waren über Pfingsten dort und waren wirklich sehr erfreut. Der Service ist gut, alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Auch wenn man Tipps zu Freizeitaktivitäten braucht, bekommt man bei der Familie immer einen guten Rat! Das Zimmer war saubery ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Straße aber konnten nachts ohne Probleme schlafen, da die Straße nicht viel befahren ist nachts. Das Frühstück war super! Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Aufschnitt, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Rührei, verschiedene Säfte, Kaffee, Tee und so weiter... Uns hat es dort zu keiner Zeit an etwas gefehlt und würden es jedem empfehlen dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen!
