Great location for overnight stay on the way south!

Hotel &restaurant Krone design.On the way to Italy, this hotel, right on the border with Switzerland, is a great choice!Very welcoming and friendly reception. Rooms, new part, sleek and tastefully decorated. Good air conditioning; good sanitary / bath room.
Breakfast fine; in the evening delicious dined outside on t terrace!Very welcoming service!

Charming hotel, a gem in the middle of Weil am Rhein

I was welcomed very warmly and personally, although I arrived late in the evening.
Parking is available in sufficient quantity AND size even in case of late arrival.
The room was lovingly prepared for me and totally different from the 08/15 hotel chains and dusty family hotels.
Everything was spotlessly clean, very stylish and yet cozy.
Breakfast was delicious, not a huge selection, but fine, eg with homemade jams, a good cheese selection.
And: the eggs were freshly prepared!
When checking out, I was even offered to take the suitcase to the car!!! What a service!
I had a top stay, can absolutely recommend the Hotel Krone and look forward to being there again.

Attentive customer service; good for business or pleasure

I stayed 2 nights for a business event. I was especially impressed with the food - a very nice mix of contemporary dishes, including perfectly cooked Seared fish and meats, and tasty salads. The rooms in the historic area are small but functional. Plenty of plug-ins, small closet, good sized shower. A few things to note: some of my colleagues felt the bed mattress was hard; and those in the new room could not open the window and had trouble regulating the room temperature. There is also easy parking on site; but no workout facility.
The conference facility worked very well - there is a large terrace which we were able to use extensively for breaks, breakout discussions, etc. There is an awesome espresso machine :-) available, and bathroom facilities located all together, so very convenient. We were a group of about 15 people, which worked well for us, although if we were significantly larger I think it would have felt crowded, depending of course on your set up. Cosy hotel

The hotel had been recently remodeled with an additional wing giving it more rooms. Our hotel room was decorated in a contemporary decor and was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was good with elegant cuisine. The buffet breakfast was the usual German breakfast with eggs to order.

Beautiful cosy friendly hotel

The hotel is simple but chic, every single detail is perfect and the furniture is beautifully designed. The restaurant is very good too, quite expensive but delicious. Recommended for any kind of trips.
