Nice hotel with perfect location

The location is perfect, the rooms nice and the breakfast good. The whole hotel is like a maze and not easy to find in. What pulls down the rating is the lack of AC and that it was difficult to air when windows looked onto a warm courtyard. Very nice and helpful staff. Good parking in a nearby courtyard

I will definitely come back - mostly because of Christian and Ronja

Right from the beginning of before I arrived at the hotel it was a good experience. On the chat, Ronja and Christian were just so cute and service-oriented. I am disabled and therefore needed a room in the living room and a parking lot that was not very far away. I got room/apartment 31, which is located in Annexet 100 meters from the hotel itself. A lovely large apartment with three chairs and a large double bed. I had told that I couldn't stand feathers and dun, and then they arranged for allergy dun and pillow. Perfect.
Their own parking spaces were busy, but when I arrived and they found out I had a disabled parking sign, Christian helped me park right in front of the room. Before that, Christian had dragged all my luggage into the room. Overall Christian and Ronja were so cute and understanding throughout the stay. I extended my stay from five to nine days.
The bed was really good and quite hard/soft, the tv worked impeccably and the same did everything else in the room. The bath was really lovely (but beware of the extremely hot water).
The only thing that didn't work very well was wifi. But I didn’t say anything as I could make it work by switching from 30-31 to 40-42 (I think they were called). Then I was in bed, then I had to use 40-42, the bathroom 30-31 and in the middle of the kitchen and living room were both equally good/bad. However fine enough to stream most of the time.
It could be cleaner (spindle tissue here and here especially in the bathroom), but not so bad.
All in all a really nice stay with the sweetest and most service-oriented hotel renter I have ever met. In addition, it is difficult to figure out how central it is. The location is fantastic.

Nice hotel with pool

Simple nice and familiar.
The room lacks AC but has a fan so it works. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. A little semi-finished and very real goods.

Nice hotel, big bright room, friendly staff, location perfect and breakfast fine.

Super location, friendly staff and nice bright great room.
Reserved parking space in advance €12 per night. Got clear explanation via booking.com where it was and what to do.
For us it was a pity after a long journey that we could not eat in the hotel restaurant. But in the heart of downtown enough eateries. Peter Panne is around the corner, delicious food.
Breakfast was well cared for, plenty of choice and tasted delicious.

Good central location, but partly in need of renovation.

Great central location, very friendly staff both at reception and breakfast.
The breakfast was delicious and sufficient, one type of fish would have been nice.
The single room was quite quiet to the backyard and also for a city break absolutely big enough, comfortable bed.
Unfortunately I can't say so much good about the bathroom, it is in urgent need of renovation and unfortunately the dark spots / corners ran through the shower and the entire floor area.
