Beautiful complex
We stayed here in May with daughter and grandchild. The property is beautiful and really well maintained. We felt very comfortable right on arrival.
We stayed in a family suite. This corresponded to the description, was appropriately furnished and clean. The cot was ready.
We missed storage facilities in the bathroom. It is large enough to place a shelf or attach a base cabinet under the sink. Our things were on the windowsill or on the floor.
A mosquito repellent for the windows is urgently necessary. Due to the proximity to the lake, an enormous number of swarms of mosquitoes were already on the way in May.
We liked to use the capsule machine for coffee. However, there was no coffee cream and no sugar. On request we were informed that this could be purchased in the restaurant.
The food in the restaurant was very delicious, fresh and varied at all times. This applies to both breakfast and dinner.
Positively noteworthy are the employees in the restaurant. We were always very friendly and accommodating.
We were disappointed by the reception and the farewell at the reception.
There's a lack of warmth.
Phrases such as:
Did you have a good journey?
We wish you a pleasant stay.
Or:
Did you like it with us?
Did everything work out? Come home safely and visit us again.
... have been completely missing.
There's plenty of room for improvement here.
The guest also wants to be appreciated.
Reading through the earlier reviews, this very point has been mentioned several times.
Maybe it's time to rethink how we treat guests.

Wir schätzen Ihre Anmerkungen zu den Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und dem Mückenschutz für die Fenster. Unser Huasmeister war im übrigen gerade im ganzen Haus unterwegs um diese anzubringen. Eine kurze Nachfrage hätte das Problem beheben können und er hätte ihr Zimmer vorgezogen, da wir stets bestrebt sind, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste zu verbessern. Zudem bedauern wir, dass die Bereitstellung von Kaffeesahne und Zucker nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach und die Kommunikation an der Rezeption nicht die Herzlichkeit vermittelt hat, die wir anstreben. Wir werden Ihre Anregungen intern besprechen, um die Gastfreundschaft zu optimieren und sicherzustellen, dass sich unsere Gäste wertgeschätzt fühlen.

Magical holiday

We stayed at the hotel's restaurant repeatedly.
The food is very good quality and taste. The sideboard
of the food testifies to the cuisine of high standard.
Highlights are the quiet atmosphere as well as the friendliness and

It was another successful evening.
A little wish for the management:
please exchange the antiquated salt and pepper shakers for
corresponding salt and pepper mills.
