Almost first class

Very friendly staff, great, very rich and varied breakfast. The kitchen deserves stars without end in my opinion.
Swimming pool, sauna, massage, everything you need.
Unfortunately, the bar AND restaurant was closed on Feb. Evening closed. I would have liked this information when booking. The first-class cuisine and great bar was one reason we had booked here.

Central hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, nice spa

We stayed with four people (three adults and one child) for a wellness getaway (two nights) at this hotel. We were very satisfied and can definitely recommend it
The hotel is very clean, all staff very friendly and competent and the wellness area very nicely designed

Absolutely not recommended

Not recommended at all. Very unfriendly staff. Not a nice hotel.
I can only advise against booking a room here. Lots of appearances, little being. There are so many good hotels, this one is not one of them. Here, the customer is definitely not a king.

Cancellation of a binding booking by the hotel 4 days before the trip

Non-binding confirmed booking of Wellness Suite was cancelled 4 days before the night by the hotel. An alternative for this night was not offered. Only 5% discount on the next booking. This is not acceptable for me at a price per night of 318€ and the short-term cancellation. Staff at the hotel were not cooperative on the phone and rather unfriendly not guest oriented. So guests don't become friends. Currently not worth a recommendation for me!
