Well located hotel with massive room and comfortable bed. My only issue was with the reception staff who weren’t very forthcoming with information, particularly about the car parking arrangements

Average city hotel

Friendly, fast check-in.
Renovated hotel room with very comfortable bed. Refreshing rain shower.
Of the two elevators, one is still defective. The other one's slow.
The breakfast buffet has a lot of room for improvement. The service staff seems overwhelmed. The scrambled eggs are already cold. The choice could be a little more abundant. The buns are not crisp either....

Elevator romance

Since only one elevator with a makeshift switch was in operation, arriving and departing with a lot of luggage from the 4th floor was a real test of patience. The access to the elevator was indeed a true test of patience. You sweat in the synthetic beds.

Staff seemed put out by having to do their job of checking us in, the concept of hospitality was not in their vocabulary. Housekeeping left our soap contact empty, left dirty cups and upon asking for soap and clean towels, nothing happened until I asked again. A sauna and pool are adventure but the pool is closed for three hours without notice and the sauna is only open for a few hours in the evening.

Not recommended

Booked was a 3-bed room, towels, glasses, cups there were only for 2 people.
Sink drain blocked. Even after notification no repair! Dirty towels were declared as new towels.
Insufficient knowledge of reception staff about location, distance and routes to the city center. On arrival, no instruction in the hotel infrastructure.
Swimming pool only partially usable. Hot tub function broken. Sauna not in operation, although officially announced from 5pm to 9.30pm.
On the day of departure (check out by 12pm!) room service arrived before 9am. The other days I guess it wasn't in such a hurry.
