I haven't had such a good breakfast and enjoyed a pleasant stay in a long time!

A warm welcome from the boss, who immediately arranged for a parking space in his back yard.
Everything was perfect during our stay. We can only recommend the house. Special: There is a very, very good breakfast.

Disappointing dinner – unfortunately not recommended

I had come to this centrally located restaurant with a great appetite – unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. The saithe fillet was obviously frozen, lovelessly breaded and merely warmed up. It tasted dry and chewy. The fried potatoes were also warmed up, barely chewable and completely tasteless. The cucumber salad was extremely sour, presumably from a commercial kitchen bucket, and hardly edible. The remoulade with the fish seemed just as industrial and not very fresh.
I tasted everything bravely, but more than half went back. The operator probably deliberately refrained from asking if it tasted good – a clear sign. There was no tip, and there will definitely be no reunion.
I can only advise anyone to eat here. The pizzeria or chip shop around the corner is sure to offer more taste and quality. It is sad that no culinary aspirations are pursued here.

Living and eating well right at the swing bridge

Great location right on the swing bridge. Large outdoor terrace overlooking the boats. Breakfast is good. Parking few own. Public with parking ticket and max time.
Room clean a bit worn out. No air conditioning.

The last place to stay! That's not possible.

Room completely worn out and dirty. Sorry for the expression but that describes it best. Bathroom moldy with no privacy in the evening. Not acceptable. Either shower in the dark or everyone is watching. You feel disgusted touching anything. Breakfast was OK though.

Great Hotel on the Malchow Lake

Really nice and friendly reception . Immediately on the lake at the draw bridge . Excellent restaurant choices close by as well as a very good on-site restaurant. Our windows in our large room looked out on the lake and at the really interesting and cool rotating bridge for boat passage . Room and bed were comfortable . Bathroom was clean with a small but functional shower . Room certainly was not updated but was definitely attractive and functional . Interesting bike storage and locking rack which served its purpose but was a bit difficult to put bikes on it . Worked well however . The town itself is very nice and quaint however could do without all the cobblestone streets when riding bikes .
