"***Worst experience ever – dirty, unacceptable, cheating!***"

"Catastrophic! The Gasthaus zur Rose is an absolute imposition. It was extremely dirty, completely different from what was promised in the descriptions – a shameless misdirection of guests! We could not stay a minute longer and escaped the same day as the room was uninhabitable. The condition bordered on disgusting and made us doubt the overall standard of hygiene. But that's not all: The owner brazenly refuses to refund the money even though we left the hotel immediately. A cheek and a rip-off! Ad is already in preparation. Absolutely not recommended, stay away!"

Finger weg!

Diese Unterkunft ist unzumutbar und sollte umgehend geschlossen werden. Weder der Gastraum, noch das Zimmer bzw das Bad entsprechen auch nur im Entferntesten allgemeinen Hygienestandards. Gebucht hatten wir ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen inkl. Bad, bekommen haben wir ein Einzelzimmer mit unsauberer Bettwäsche und undefinierbarem Inhalt und dem Bad über den Flur. Aus dem Fernseher hingen die Kabel raus. In Waschbecken und Dusche lagen fremde Haarbüschel. Die Toilette wurde offenbar mehrere Wochen nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Die Lampe war kaputt, der Rauchmelder abmontiert. Es gab keinen Schrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Handtücher waren nicht frisch. Auf unsere Beschwerde reagierte Herr Schmidt unsachlich und nicht entgegenkommend. Obwohl das Haus leer schien, wollte er uns kein anderes Zimmer für 2 Personen anbieten. Von Coronarichtlinien wusste er scheinbar nichts, außer einem halbleeren Spender für Desinfektionsmittel gab es nichts. Er trug weder Visier, noch Maske. Sein äußeres Erscheinungsbild wirkte an sich auch sehr unsauber. Wir forderten unser Geld, was im Vorfeld bezahlt werden musste, zurück. Daraufhin reagierte er ablehnend und sagte, da komme er nicht ran, das würde über booking.com laufen. Booking.com sagt, nur er kann das Geld zurückbuchen. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier einzukehren...Weder fürs Essen, noch zum Schlafen, sollte man sich hierhin verirren. Wie schon ein anderer unzufriedener Gast schrieb: Eine Brücke zum Drunterschlafen wäre die bessere Alternative. Das Gesundheitsamt müsste hier dringend handeln! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel...Minuspunkte wären hier angebrachter.

Gesundheitsgefahr!

Das Zimmer war so verdreckt und mit kleinen Tieren überhäuft , dass ich als Schwangere dort nicht nächtigen konnte wir sind dann in ein anderes Hotel gefahren. Das Haus ist Alt aber das hat nichts mit Sauberkeit zu tun. Es war überall Staub unter dem Bett lagen Salzstangen in den Schränken Müll und eine Zigarette.
Jemand mit einer Allergie gegen Staub hätte wahrscheinlich einen Schock erlitten.
Der Mann an der Bar unten war aber nett.
