Positive the location, rest lower level

Positive: Central location. Tram station is directly opposite the hotel. 1.8km walk to the rose garden.
Free parking in the courtyard.
Lots of nice bars/restaurants in the area, also for breakfast.
Negative: The double room in the attic was borderline. I was alone in the room! I had to make the bed myself. Staircase lighting only worked for a short time or not at all. Bathroom badly in need of renovation. Hot water took forever, that's a waste of water!
Room furnishings are below the standard of modern youth hostels.

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur City. Das Zimmer war überschaubar. Nur ein Nachttisch, da das Bett an einer Seite direkt an der Wand stand. Schlecht war auch der Fernsehempfang. Das Bad war eine Zumutung. 2,50 x 1,00, also 2,50 qm. Hier waren das Waschbecken, die Toilette und die Dusche untergebracht. Saß man auf der Toilette, konnte man den Kopf an der Wand abstützen. Personen ab 1,80 cm müssen sich zum Sitzen stellen.
Das Frühstück war überschaubar, Essen a la Carte war sehr gut.
