wonderful short break

We were there over the Easter period with daughter, son-in-law and grandson (3 years) and enjoyed the stay very much!
A great house, lovingly decorated and above all very friendly staff or owners. The rooms, the food, the scenery all great!
We will definitely come back again.

Restaurant

We just ate very well there. The menu is short, but the ingredients are very fresh and carefully prepared. We could eat comfortably outside. The landlady is a nice woman with whom we also talked a bit. I don't know the hotel because I live in Mehren, but I know the rooms are nice and spacious and have been newly renovated. We stayed with the new owners for the first time but I think we will come back.

Ideal location for exploring the Volcanic Eifel

On the outskirts of Mehren quietly located family-run hotel. Ample parking facilities. Rich breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Deluxe Double Room with View over Moreen. Excellent dinner in the in-house restaurant.
Unfortunately, the room doors are not sound-absorbing.

Just great

As a family, we felt at home from the very first moment. There was an immediate feeling of a familiar environment. Our 3-year-old daughter didn't want to leave at all.
The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. A great view of the countryside or the village - really great. We'd love to come back!

Great place to stay

We booked there for a tiny Valentine's gateway and we were very happy with the place! The food we got served during for the Valentine's dinner was top notch, amazing products beautifully cooked. Our room was exactly as advertised, bright, clean and with the great addition of a private balcony. My only downside would be the "regular" food we had on our first day, it was not bad, just average. And some of the items we got for breakfast seemed a bit...tired. That will not prevent us from coming back thought :)
