Great place to stay in downtown Memmingen, walking distance from the central train station as well all the downtown businesses and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable.

When booking it stated AC. There is not AC, the staff is shady and rude. I would not suggest the place to anyone.

There is no AC despite it stating there was at the time of booking. When confronting the front desk they said they were booked for the night and all rooms with AC are unavailable. You could still go online snd book. The parking lot was full but they wanted us to pay and park there anyway. It was a frustrating exchange based on wanting more money for an already overpriced room.
Shady and rude staff with rooms as hot as the surface of the sun.

Hotels.com listed the hotel and chosen room as air conditioned. Upon arrival we found out that only a few rooms actually had AC, and ours was not one of them. This was after a very hot summers day and there was around 40 degrees C inside the room. Slept 2 hours in the night after a 6 hour drive as it was completely unbearably hot in the room as not even the window could be opened properly.

Mixed experience

The hotel is centrally located and with plenty of good restaurants around.
The room was super clean and nice.
It is felt that the hotel employs very young people who are not trained or trained for the task.
There was wm in football on the screen in the bar which was more interesting than to arrange for the guests in the breakfast restaurant.
Breakfast is sparse and not the large selection.

Great stay, great

We stayed with our two children for three nights at this hotel! We are totally thrilled! All staff are incredibly friendly and with heart!
The food was awesome! So delicious!
The newly renovated rooms (as we were told) are very nice and very cozy!
The young boss was very helpful and always took care of us!
The next time we are back in Bavaria, then definitely back here!
