Railways themes, friendly atmosphere and much more

The hotel is located in the quiet town of Meyenburg in the Prignitz county. The area is ideal for the summer tours with the bicycles thanks to the very quiet and less circulated bicycle paths which drive through a very nice landscapes. For railways fans, the hotel is decorated with railways themes. There is also the possibility to drive a train and to get an honorary train driving license.
Something that drew my attention was the friendly and very helpfully staff. The restaurant can offer some delicious traditionally north german dishes( I recommend the game hunted in the forests in vicinity and the fresh fish from the lake Plau am See).

small cosy hotel

Very nice small hotel with pretty big (for such kind of a hotel) room and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Breakfast is average. There is free parking for cars. Free wifi. Good place for 1 night stop.

fun, very friendly, very unusual hotel!

very helpful, friendly and charming couple who run the place, so we were off to a great start. The place is fresh and clean, quiet, historically interesting with a bar right at reception with wonderful beer! Breakfast was great, the room large and so was the bathroom and there is an old huge steam engine parked right in the garden! Very comfortable beds, and very quiet. Very much recommended!

Tolle Überraschung

Eine echte Überraschung! Sehr stilvolle (kein Kitsch) und super gepflegte Zimmer, tolles Ambiente. Wir hatten die Suite die war nochmal größer. Bequemes Doppelbett. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit. Alles in allem ein lohnendes Erlebnis

sympathisches kleines Hotel

Die Zielgruppe des Hotels sind Eisenbahnfans, es ist entsprechend dekoriert. Wir hatten die geräumige und sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Suite. Es gab gute deutsche Hausmannskost.
Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wenn auch teilweise etwas überfordert wirkend. Alles war sehr sauber.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahn, aber ansonsten eher abgelegen. Der Ort ist nicht weiter interessant.
