A great holiday.

We were with the whole family looking for a nice pension for our skiing holiday, and Pension Karner exceeded all our expectations. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly, the rooms clean and well maintained, the beds cozy, and the breakfast was very tasty. Thanks to Pension Karner we were able to enjoy a great holiday.

The 2. Mal is much better

We were here for the 2. Mal. This time we had a much better room (on the 1st floor). Breakfast is excellent and served (no buffet). The location of the pension is very good. The only drawback is the cleaning. Unfortunately, this takes place superficially.

Wonderful Pension Karner

It is a very nice pension, the room we stayed (Karner) has everything needed, they put a table with coffee, tea etc. the bathroom very large with every comfort. The breakfast is excellent and the owner very friendly. The price is very appropriate to the comfort offered. I strongly recommend. Jose Luis.

Great stay in a charming place

Yearly my husband and I come to Mittenwald. Last year we found this very charming place and this year we came back. The owner treats his guests as family. The rooms are all differently decorated, with a lot of details. Some of the rooms are facing the front, and you can see the Karwendel mountain from your balcony or window. The rooms are very comfy and cozy. The breakfast buffet is great. The freshly prepared fruit salad is superb. There is meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and so much more. This is a place to cherish. You always come back.

Lovely town, lovely B&B

Super town, very charming place to stay in order to explore the Bavarian alps. This guest house well deserves all the praise heaped on it, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of David. Loses one star because the only cooked breakfast offered is a boiled egg. Wonderfully fresh eggs, apparently from local hens rescued from a boiler factory, and we really did not mind as we were only staying two nights, but if you were staying for a week it would get a bit tedious.
