The hotel was immaculate and well located. We arrived late and had to call a number in order to check-in and receive our key. Simple.

The cleanest thing was the broom

The service is bad and the rooms not well kept. Had to call in service for repairs twice already, and will have to call again. The sinks were leaking water (twice), and service only came two days later (granted it was the holidays). The windows don't close completely, so the rain is getting in. And through the wall too! Moldy shower, hair and stains in the towels, some lights are broken and can't be fixed, since they no longer have the bulbs. The beds are stained too. Front desk is not manned and front door always locked. Side door might jam (letting strangers in). One of the dryers in the cellar is broken, so clothes stay wet. There is no breakfast and no sauna (just thought should mention since older posts praised them). Many appliances are dirty and/or broken. Closet cannot be locked (broken), bathroom cannot be locked (no key). Stains on the walls and ceiling, tables were dirty with coffee stains, and ceramic hob had enough burned in dirt that I had to clean it for half an hour to get everything off.

Very pleasant

We stayed here for a week while visiting family. Both our room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable. The only odd thing was that often, during the middle of the day, there was no one at the front desk and the front door was locked. We could get in with no problem since our room key opened the "night door," too, but we often had to use it in the middle of the afternoon.

Nice Hotel

Stayed for 2 nights, quiet location only 5 minute walk to centre with shops and bars. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms old fashioned but very clean. Nice continental breakfast with plenty of choice.

A refreshingly quiet and peaceful hotel

The hotel is I think more like 15 minutes walk from the Station although with luggage just a 5 Euro taxi ride. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a decent bathroom (with shower), comfortable beds and an excellent continental breakfast. The orange squeezing machine has to be seen and experienced, orange juice will never be fresher!
The staff are helpful and friendly and will offer a wi-fi code that lasts for 24 hours so you must reload daily, it is however free.
The Italian restaurant next door is excellent and can be entered directly from the hotel without venturing out into the rain.
