Idyllic Half-Timbered Town and Lovely Hotel

Hotel is half-timbered as well as much of the rest of Mosbach. An idyllic walk back in time. Hotel is fully renovated. Clean spacious rooms. Request a room in the front for view of the pedestrian zone. Could be a bit noisy, though. Very friendly and helpful staff. Elevator available. Limited parking behind hotel but more hotel spaces nearby. Lovely restaurant and tasty German cuisine.

Overnight stay as with good friends

This place is highly recommended. Tastefully decorated rooms that are tip top equipped and super clean.Not to mention the staff.We have not experienced anywhere like here that ALL are totally friendly, helpful and communicative. Whether maid, breakfast service, caretaker and reception. At all we had the nice feeling of being welcome and also appreciated.Also to extra requests was responded friendly.

Lunch rather less good

Food came quickly. Service very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was not of good quality (much from the jar). I can only report from lunch. Parking is good and has a short walk. The location of the restaurant is very easy to reach.

Not a good Customer Service...

Unfortunately, my training was moved to Tauberbischofsheim at short notice. Despite explanation of the circumstances and friendly request for a goodwill policy, unfortunately no accommodation on the part of the hotel...I definitely won't book there again!

Very suitable for short stays

Warm welcome, problem-free check-in. Practical enough large double room with large bathroom, all rather newly renovated. For breakfast there was everything you could wish for in good quality. Also was replenished again and again. We highly appreciated the modern machine for all kinds of coffee. Have had dinner once in the restaurant. It was good average, there was nothing to complain about. But compared to competitors in the same place, it certainly still has room for improvement. The price and performance were right.
