We stayed for 2 more nights in the same room 213 and are very happy with our room and the excellent services from the staff. Because they are a budget place, no kettle and no glass/cup are set in the room. 4 towels and shower gel are provided. The bed covers are made from elastic fabric and they are not smooth. The blankets are made from non-elastic cotton fabric and are very new. They don’t clean our room for the whole 3 nights but no problem. I personally don’t need that.

We booked twin room, but we got a room with extra double deck . The reason is " fully booked". We can't even turn freely inside and no where to open our luggages.
We pay for space not extra double deck.
Check out time is 10:00am!!!
Staff are not willing to find any solution or suggestions!
