Disaster
Now, you walk into the room, the entire ceiling is covered in spiders, everything full of dust. In front of the patio door, an overflowing ashtray and empty cans. Pillows not covered. After a phone call, no staff on site, we were told someone would come to cover the pillows. After two hours we come back, NOTHING! Another call, she can't do anything. I asked for a different room. From the basement to the attic. What a surprise, no pillowcases, everything full of dust, a broken mirror, and a forced-open door lock! No accommodation, on the contrary, they even say on the phone that they are the best-rated hotel in the area. Those days are unfortunately over. Nobody here is interested.
So hands off! No feeling of well-being!

Worse than bad. Do your research and find something better.
Picture as shown with plants and decoration, nothing left. Bare building with garbage in front of the door. No reception after 15:00. So on arrival you just call a number that is written on a note near a closed door. Takes someone in where you think they just woke up. No business attitude at all. You get a code that you have to enter in a locker outside, on which you can grab a key (there are several numbers in it). Once in the room (basement no. 4) huge stain on the carpet, remote control gone, phone submerged behind cabinet, no air conditioning, ramshackle shower with rust and non-working doors. No reception in the basement, so thought wifi. Unfortunately no login details. There would also be a bottle of water in the room (you guessed it). Would also be in the hallway a fridge with drinks that you could purchase on account. Unfortunately it was also empty and the last registration from a month ago. Second room we had was no. 21 on 1 high. Huge musty smell and no towels. Beds were reasonable with clean linen, I must admit.
If you're thinking of booking this hotel, do a little more research. I've been too easy in that. Haha

Worst hotel ever
The bathroom was also apparently designed with a very minimalist approach in terms of functionality. A reasonable shelf for cosmetics or hygiene products? Unfortunately, no. An absolute given, which is likely deliberately understood as a luxury here.
The hotel continued its very own style right from the arrival: Directly in front of the entrance stood an overflowing trash can. A rather unusual, but at least very honest first impression.
The breakfast was also a small surprise – though not a pleasant one. For what was offered, the price was completely excessive. Even more impressive, however, was the service, or rather the artful absence thereof. The staff was practically imperceptible and hardly to be found when there were questions or concerns. Hospitality seems to be more of a theoretical concept here.
Overall, this hotel apparently lives off prices that are in no way justified by the service provided. Poor comfort, lack of cleanliness, hardly any service, and a miserable price-performance ratio – one can almost only admire the consistency. This hotel will definitely not see me again.

Scarily bad. As a hotel totally inadequate!

Uncomfortable accommodation with insufficient value for money
The Amiga Hotel was unfortunately a disappointment across the board:
We received a tiny double room that would have been borderline even as a single room. Now we can understand how a chicken must feel in the laying battery. Running in the room was only possible after mutual agreement of the running paths. There was not even room for a chair in the room. The interior design and bathroom have also come of age to put it politely. They really had nothing in common with the advertising photos on the homepage.
The advertised bottle of water as a welcome greeting did not exist. The reference to the accessible beverage refrigerator went nowhere: it was large but almost empty (and was not refilled even during our stay). In the room, no dust had been wiped for weeks.
The service staff were not particularly friendly except for one laudable exception, but this may also have been due to difficulties in communicating in German.
That with much benevolence the at best average breakfast
was then already the highlight of our stay.
We have to call the price-performance ratio inadequate, because regardless of the price there must be at least one service. We will certainly not be back on our next Munich trip and can not recommend the Amiga Hotel to anyone.
