Close proximity to city center. Convenient location close to train station. Several dining options within walking distance. Grocery store in front of the hotel is super convenient. Decent breakfast. Will stay again

Overall good

Not the best of the Hampton’s in Munich. The breakfast could be improved to the excellent standards of the Hampton in Utrecht. Staff generally pleasant and the room was clean and adequate. Good for public transport and good for a fast connection to Munich Airport.

The Hampton by Hilton in Munich 3 star hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was a nice mix of American higher mid century hotel standards with European elegance. It was a pleasure to have small things like Hilton towels, nice plates and cutlery at breakfast and great service. Is it a luxury hotel? No, but it is a very stability made hotel and the money was directed towards the things that matter in a 3 star hotel today. The location was 15 mins from the tourist area of Munich but the Sbahn was 3 mins away. It was a great compromise for the hotel standards and quality.

Check-in and check-out was nice and friendly. Breakfast had a great assortment of food for the 3 days there. However there wasn’t a free table of coffee in the lobby like Hampton’s in USA , and there isn’t a microwave or small refrigerator or wash cloth but this is the European experience. 😃. There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient, and close to S-bahn train and tram.

Don't believe it.

When making the reservation, I selected two separate beds and also sent an email stating that we absolutely wanted two separate beds. However, when we arrived, the second one... They set aside a sofa bed with a hollow center for us; if they had said they didn't have a room with a bed like that, we wouldn't have chosen it. Ultimately, I choose and pay based on that, so if you don't have that option, you shouldn't offer it. Besides, why should I pay to sleep on your crappy couch? I've developed a hunchback. I have a complaint. You can't sell something that doesn't exist; that's deception. If you're offering it as an option, you have to reserve that room for me. I was not satisfied.

Dear gülsüm a,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We truly care about our guests' comfort, and we are so sorry to hear that your stay wasn't the relaxing experience you hoped for.
We would love to gently clear up a little misunderstanding regarding the room: In international hotel terms, a 'Twin' room actually means 'two separate single beds'. Because we wanted to make sure you had plenty of space and comfort based on your request, our team prepared a room with an extra sofa bed. However, we completely realize that we should have explained this hotel terminology much better and more clearly to you. We are truly sorry for this communication gap and any discomfort it caused.
We love learning from our guests, and your feedback helps us to become better every day. We are already working on making our room descriptions even clearer for the future. We would absolutely love to welcome you back in the future to show you our true hospitality and find the perfect room for you.
Warm regards
Your Hampton Team
