Front staff should have been more knowledgeable about recommendations to tourists on food, entertainment, attractions in the city.
Mini fridge was not working.
Welcome water drink in the room must at least be cold and in the fridge specially on for summer days.

Great amenities
Close to public transportation.
Downside: the coldness of the male reception and bar staff. Just professional if you don't need anything. Example: no effort to provide explanations on how Sky services work. Too bad, otherwise it would have been 5

Friendliness and service with heart
The reception staff are also very helpful.
Good location for the planned activities with connections
S-Bahn and bus right in front of the door.
Rooms vary.
The nicer and quieter rooms are located at the back and from the 3rd floor up.
Certainly the 1st/2nd. Floor will be renovated at some point.
