Pretty much everything was great in terms of cleanliness, being quiet, and proximity to a rail station. My only complaint was a weird chemical smell in the room.

I stayed at the Köberl Hotel Munich and was very satisfied overall. The hotel is located in a quiet but well connected location – ideal for exploring Munich. The rooms are clean, modern and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Especially the breakfast was rich and fresh, with a good selection of regional products.
The staff was friendly and helpful, both at check-in and throughout my stay. A small minus: Parking is a bit limited, but in Munich this is not uncommon.
Overall a highly recommended hotel for business travelers and tourists alike

At first glance not the best choice, but then a very good experience. Always happy to.

At first glance, the guesthouse does not seem very attractive, as it is located in a backyard where there is also a car repair shop. My room was very clean and spacious. It seems that a great many craftsmen are descending here, but this is not meant to be a devaluation in any case. The breakfast buffet was indeed significantly better than in some four star hotels where you can get scrambled eggs from ready-made.
Within walking distance you can reach relatively many, fast food restaurants, but also Indian restaurants with very good cuisine.
Price quality ratio is definitely at the top level for Munich.

Cost effective stay over location near sbahn 5 and 8, also notable for a very friendly and tasty Indian restaurant almost next door.

The room was big and we had our own bathroom. We loved it, it was quiet too and we did everything by ourselves. No elevator.
