Nice little hotel, central in this part of the city. Walkimg distance to the University of the Bundeswehr, regular and easy U-Bahn to the city of Munich

Great area, very quiet. Very friendly staff. A cute quality hotel to get a nice German feel. However our shower didn’t drain and flooded every time we turned on the faucet and there was hair in there from the previous guests. The side of the bed nearest the window was not swept of food crumbs, indicating a lousy clean job. And the fan they brought us didn’t work.

Highly disappointing

Good to start at the reception was no one from the staff. You must check in on your own on a machine, personally never seen before. Breakfast is quite limited and also one day we did not clean the room. Very small television. The quality of the mattresses was very low. I am more than sure we will never return to this hotel where even the elevator is decadent. In terms of price it is very expensive considering the lousy quality of everything. I'd charge 40 for it the night it's loud. They promise to have air conditioning and have a nauseating fan all stale. Well I guess it is because of the date and the EURO tournament but it does not justify the situation(s).

To facilitate a seamless check-in procedure regardless, the self-service check-in machine is provided. Many of our guests appreciate this feature and give us positive feedback regarding this solution. We understand, that it might not be for everyone.
Please note that rooms are cleaned only when the "please make up my room" door hanger is placed outside. This door hanger, along with instructions, was provided on your bed upon arrival.
We apologize that the breakfast as well as the mattress in the room did not meet your expectations. Our elevator is regularly tested and certified by TÜV to ensure it meets safety regulations. Nevertheless, we would like to inform you that we are planning to replace the elevator end of this year. Air conditioning is not advertised online anywhere as our rooms do not have any. Fans are provided in every room during summer as a solution.
We hope that you were able to enjoy your stay regardless.

It was a good place for the amount of walking that I needed to do. I enjoyed the ability to shop for groceries nearby.
