Wonderful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many food and drink options. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was open late which was nice after a night out. We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area.

Good to use as a base

My wife and I stayed here for the last 5 nights. We were using Munich aa a base to take day trips out to different parts of Bavaria. The room was a good size for 2 people, the bathroom was fine and we had no issues with WiFi. I was glad that our room didn't overlook the main road; instead, our room was on the side that overlooks a school and was very quiet. We had no reason to use whatever facilities there are at the hotel and neither did we have breakfast there as we went to the lovely Rabinger Kiosk Cafe nearby every morning for coffee and pastries (we also went to the cafe each evening to buy drinks for the room as 2 bottles of water were only provided in the room on our first day). The location is connected to the city centre via the number 17 tram or you could walk to the city centre in 20 minutes. Apart from the aforementioned kiosk cafe, there is nothing else in the immediate area surrounding the hotel but the bonus was that it is a fairly quiet, peaceful location. Many thanks to the young lady on reception who allowed us to check in early,; she was very kind indeed in confirming that I am an Accor member (I had completely forgotten as the last time I stayed in an Ibis was in Seoul in December 2024!).

My friend and I stayed for the weekend. Our room was on the smaller side. I mean to enter the bathroom someone had to stay in bed. Decor was basic. Our room was warm and when asked for a way to make it cooler I was offered a table fan that took care of the issue. Window open was not an option due to noise. Breakfast was a good value and with different options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, steps from a tram station. Despite the warm nights the hotel is a good choice. I recommend it if you are able to sleep through warm nights. It was the first week of May.

Everything fit

Great hotel.
Everything totally uncomplicated from booking to checking out.
Late check out booked, was perfect.
