Clean, Cozy, and Well-Located

We stayed at Limehome Munich Fritz for 7 nights. The hotel is in Neuperlach borough, in the southeast of the city. There are 2 metros close by which are easily walkable, Therese-Giehse-Allee and Neuperlach Zentrum. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and small cafes around as well as a shopping mall all nearby.
There is no reception and check in is done online where they will send you a code to enter the building and room. The room itself (214) was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed including a mini kitchenette which had a sink, microwave, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a fridge. Their cleaning policy for the room was not in a regular basis. Normally, they will not collect the trash from W.C. or kitchenette until you leave the room, unless you stay beyond 7 nights. If you needed anything doing outside of this timeframe then you can message them via WhatsApp and make your request.
The bed was comfortable and the WIFI was good, overall, a very impressive room. The bathroom was also clean and modern, although the shower has no shower screen, so you have to be a bit careful not to flood the bathroom. Also, you could hear quite a lot of noise from the other apartments which sometimes kept us awake at night.
Overall, this was a very comfortable stay and the apartment met all our needs for the week, would definitely consider staying here again if we were in Munich.

this was a work trip. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. all 3 rooms heater was not working except the room in the bathroom. It was end Nov and temp was 2 deg c outside. text them about the non heater but no follow up.
